TERMS & CONDITIONS

 


 

1. Your stay includes 5 days – 6 nights with full board at Dar Raha Zagora;

2. Minimum 10 participants, maximum 23;

3. Language used for communication: French;

4. Accommodation in rooms for two, three or four persons;

5. Transfers to/from airport to be paid by the client

(Dar Raha Zagora can provide assistance but will not meet costs of transfers);

6. Price: 320 € - Moroccan nationals: 2500 Dh - ALL INCLUSIVE:

- Accommodation at Dar Raha guest house with full board ;

- Transport to sites of interest (by 4x4 with driver) ;

- Introductory talks, guided tours and commentary ;

- Talks by and exchanges with invited authors ;

7. Drinks at the cost of clients ;

8. Deposit: 160 € (Moroccan nationals: 1250 dh), by cheque only, payable to Riad Raha Zagora, address: BP 52, 45900 Zagora, Morocco ;

9. Conditions of cancellation and reimbursement :

6. Weeks or more prior to stay : 100% reimbursement of deposit monies received;

- 3 to 5 weeks prior to stay : 50% reimbursement deposit monies received;

- Fewer than 3 weeks prior to stay : no reimbursement of monies received;

10. Dar Raha will confirm or cancel your stay (in case of force majeure or insufficient bookings) no later than 40 days prior to its taking place, on 21 September 2010;

11. In the case of cancellation by Dar Raha, deposit cheques will be returned to participants.
